The “Nikos Giannakoudakis” Technical Office, located in Glyfada, began operating in 2000, founded by civil engineer Nikos Giannakoudakis. Co-founder in this venture was Stelios Georgilas, a long-time building contractor.
In 2003, Menia Giannakoudakis, an economics graduate, and Georgia Georgila, a psychology graduate, joined the team. Nikos graduated from Democritus University of Thrace in 1998 and has since completed the construction of over 35 apartment buildings as well as numerous renovations, primarily of apartments.
He has legalized more than 350 buildings, while as a certified energy auditor, he has inspected over 1,000 apartments and commercial spaces. Today, in his renovated office in Glyfada, high-level services are provided under his overall supervision, organization, and management, backed by his excellent scientific training. His technical expertise and experience guarantee exceptional results.
