The “Nikos Giannakoudakis” Engineering Firm, located in Glyfada, was established in 2000 by civil engineer Nikos Giannakoudakis. He was joined in this venture by co-founder Stelios Georgilas, a highly experienced building contractor.
In 2003, the team expanded to include Menia Giannakoudaki, an economics graduate, and Georgia Georgila, a psychology graduate. Nikos graduated from the Democritus University of Thrace in 1998. Since then, he has built an extensive portfolio, having overseen the construction of more than 35 apartment buildings and completed numerous renovations, primarily of residential apartments.
Furthermore, he has successfully managed the legalization process for over 350 buildings and, as a certified energy inspector, has conducted inspections for more than 1,000 apartments and commercial spaces. Today, operating from his newly renovated office in Glyfada, he oversees, organizes, and directs the delivery of premium services, rooted in his rigorous scientific training.
