The Technical Office “Nikos Giannakoudakis”, in Glyfada, commenced operations in 2000, with a specialisation in the political mechanics of Nikos Giannakoudakis. The entity has since established itself as a leading contractor in the sector. Additionally, the office has taken part in significant projects in the energetic sector throughout the years, notably featuring Georgilas Stelios.
Since its dynamic inception in 2003, the Menia Giannakoudakis, successful in its municipal and Georgilas operations, has thrived. Nikos has been distinguished as a professional engineer since 1998 and still currently manages over 35 prominent architectural and civil engineering projects, predominantly of urban design.
It accommodates no fewer than 350 projects, while as an energetic facility, it includes over 1,000 designs and facilities. Currently, at the renovated unique studio in Glyfada, under the general supervision, enhanced and devoted to highly raised projects, blended into the artistic maintenance of the surrounding area. The technology and the ambience of the nearby area is a piece of exceptional art.
